I saw this post from one of my favorite Instagram artists, Wizard of Barge, and it really resonated with me.

As my business grows, I feel myself complaining more and more about proposals, presentations, and project pipelines. This illustration put it all into perspective for me.

If I could complain to Zac from five years ago, he would call me ungrateful. Back then, I was begging for free work just to get a foot in the door. It’s such a privilege to be overwhelmed by creative direction meetings and sales calls.

And, even though sometimes it’s hard to see the bigger picture with all the day-to-day details, I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.
